Cerite Basi Tigo ::Last kopek tour::

Since our house rental contract subsequently ended ngam2 with our last day at work, we took the chance to make use of our last few days in UK to go to places that's not too far, yet interesting enough to visit. So, here goes.. the summary of our final and last trip while we were in UK.. (eisk.. tibe2 terase sedeh..:(
First day s'pose to be dedicated to Kent, however since we have been trying to go to Greenwich for couple of time but always failed, we then melencong sekejap to see the world’s Prime Meridian -Longitude 0° - where they set the Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). As shown on pic, that's the Royal Observatory Greenwich.. And also, as you can see.. that bigfoot pic of mine are standing in between eastern and the western hemisphere...huhu ade terase aura2 megik sket! hehehe

From the top, you can catch an overwhelming view of the very GREEN park and to what I think is the Old Royal Naval College (the site that we missed to visit closely coz Myra meragam mengade2).. Nevertheless, before exiting, we manage to took some amazing shots of the yellow flowers.. Sian Myra, siap kene marah ngan guard takut pijak bunge! hehehe
After having enough of the green Greenwich, we head south to Brighton. Reached there after 2 hours of drive.. And straightly shoot to the seafront. Menarik, but can't stay for long... As the wind is icy cold mencucuk-kalbu. The below pics, are the glimpse of the sea front view.. the beach is filled with batu2 kelikir (yeke kelikir? hehe) no sands... so menarikla jugak untuk orang2 jakun seperti kami.. ;)
We spent a nite there, recharged and then heading our way to Cardiff, which is another 3hours++ journey to north west of the mainland. On the way, we stop over to see some llamas in action! There are quite few numbers of animal farms around the area, but since we have never seen a Llama in a real life, so why the heck not spending 11pounds+ just to mingle around the long-neck creature.. ;)
And yes.. it is worth the springy-cold-weather.. minus the part where the Llamas jantan yang banyak kali mau try to kiss Myra.. so the klaka.. hehehe
After bergelumang dengan ke'wangian' Llamas.. we carry on with our journey to Cardiff. But, like bulan-jatuh-ke riba, we suddenly saw a sign to Chessington World of Adventure park, which is just few metres away. Andddd.. the best part is, it's their first day of opening after winter-closedown! what a luck!! The theme park is listed on one of the attractions that we could go un-limitedly using the Merlin Annual Card. So, ape lagi.. melencong lagila kami.. Yes.. the Chessington park, is not only for theme-park fun.. they even have a mini zoo, which housed the stripy tigers, the garang lions, gorrilaz, poisonous scorpios and sticky sea lions - to name a few. The best part is, their theme park also cater for the lil toddlers (which are still young enough not to speak fluently, but brave enough to try the adventurous rides)..
Ok then.. enuff about the park already.. now after few hours of pelencongan, akhirnya.. we arrived in Cardiff.. overnite and recharge.
Actually, on this final 'trip' I didn't really plan of places to visit and to tuju, I just follow the flow. But somehow, we ended up to see quite an interesting sites. One of which, is the Cardiff Bay..
Seriously, if you somehow 'lalu-lalang-ing' near Cardiff, do stop over the bay, it is so worth your fuel.. (but then again.. so is Dunga Bay in JB hehehehe). From my understanding, Cardiff Bay is the result of re-development of the old Cardiff docklands in the last decade. So, now.. they have many interesting moden architetural buildings surrounds.. home to freshwater lake for sailing and water sports.. and the infamous Mermaid Quay- a restaurant hotspot. So, kalau terase nak lepak2 tu, bolehla singgah ;)
After Cardiff, we made our way to Stratford-Upon-Avon (S.U.A), the birth place of Shakespeare (not that I like him or anything, just tot I should see what's the big fuss is all about the place :P). Arrived to overnite and recharge before touring our way the next day..
The thing that makes S.U.A a bit different from the rest of the 'town' that we've been to is the kependekkan of its old builings.. comeyyy jek.. cam Myra! hahaha.. I somehow feel like I'm in Alice in Wonderland-kinda world. But, maybe we didn't quite seen everything there.. but terus continue with our next stop; the Warwick Castle (another listed place on our unlimited Merlin Annual Pass ;) ).. tapi okla tu.. a lil bit of S.U.A of the Warwickshire. But a note of a warning, since S.U.A is one of the most popular tourist site, the things over there are quite pricey.. cam kat london la plak! :P
Warwick Castle is the last stop that we've been to before heading back to London. The surrounding memang tenang giler.. cam masuk lam hutan2 sket.. ade sungai, ade giant catapult, ade archery.. it's like you are walking yourself into the past. Cik Myra was the most over-excited.. because she can run freely through the green carpet grass chasing other budak-budak (that i figure came for a school group visit). From the leaflet, there are daily performances provided during summer; where you can see few 'actors' belakon ala-ala orang dulu, gaduh bertumbuk and all. But sadly, not when we visited.. :(
Well there you go, small details of our 4 days tour... I shall stop here.. and mite continue with my personal experience and view of our journey from London to KL with the newly-launched Airasia X for other curious peeps out there! Stay tuned! ;)
(It ain't that bad as you mite think it is)
