NG, aku baru je decide nak bagi sewa.. tapi nak pilih orang gak la.. ko antare calon sesuai ni.. hehe bile kontrak rumah ko skrang abis? bleh je nak tunggu kalau serius.. saye hanye nak org tolong jage rumah ni baik2.. so bab sewa bleh bawak bincang.. ikut market skrang rumah tu RM650/month.. tapi harge kawan2 byk bleh diskaun ;P
Wan, memang sayang.. tapi lepas dah dengar 2-3 story pasal apartment kawan2 yang kne tinggal berthn2 just skali skale je org balik jenguk.. dah ade 'bende' lain lak duduk.. lagiii tak bes.. hehehe.. itu je main reason nak sewakan.. kalau ade calon2 berminat jgn lupe kontek k..
kontrak aku sampai april tahun depan la..tapi best dowh rumah ko..akan ku jaga sebaik mungkin kalu dpt duduk situ..
mari mari berjiran dgn aku. haha
