Resepi bubur lambuk pantai timur cara TokMi

Resepi bubur lambuk pantai timur cara TokMi

1cawan beras, & air lebih kurang 750ml
dimasak hingga jadi bubur (Boleh start masak ni awal2 dulu, sebab ambik masa nak jadi bubur. 

 *Bahan2 Optional* 
(masuk lepas bubur dah masak) 
Hirisan daging segenggam 
Ikan kering segenggam
Ikan bilis segenggam
Udang dipotong kecik segenggam

Bahan2 A :ditumbuk halus (kalau malas blend je) 
Ikan kembung/tenggiri (direbus atau dibakar) diambil isi sahaja (semangkuk kecik) 
Halia 3 cm
Bawang merah 7ulas
Serai 5 batang dihiris2
Belacan 2cm
Lada hitam 1/2 SB
Udang kering segenggam 
Stok ayam 1/2kiub (optional) 

Bahan2 B
Kerisik 1/2 mangkuk kecik
Santan 2 senduk- (yang dicampurkan dengan 1 mangkuk kecik air) 
1SB garam (atau ikut citarasa)

Bahan last skali
Daun pucuk manis/pucuk paku merah - 2 genggam (kalau takde boleh ganti dengan sawi pakchoy yang dipotong kecik2) 
Cara-caranya
Masukkan bahan2 A yg ditumbuk kedlm bubur
Masukkan bahan2 B ikut urutan dibawah:

Kerisik
Santan 2 s
1SB garam (atau ikut citarasa)

Tunggu mendidih sekejap, masukkan
Stok ayam 1/2kiub (optional sebagai penaik rasa) 
Last sekali baru masukkan
Daun pucuk manis

Kalau pekat sangat, tambah air sikit (kepekatan the best macam dalam gamba dibawah) 
So, hari ni Ramadan PKP MCO ke 6 kiteorg berbuka simple je tapi cukup lengkap, sebab dalam bubur lambuk pantai timur ala TokMi, macam-macam ado. Makan semangkuk pun kenyang!

Resepi Kari ayam mudah dan sedap TokMi


Harini PKP /MCO /RMO day 42. Kiteorang berbuka lauk kari ayam. Kari ibu memang terbaik, so taknak lupa resepi ibu, aku nak simpan dalam blog aiap-siap. Nanti tak tau dah bila lagi dapat peluang nak belajar dengan ibu. 
Dah ada kari ayam, bolehlah esok menajala. Musim PKP ni, aku memang buat food yang tak membazir la, apa yang budak-budak makan baru nak buat, kalau tak, malas nak cuba-cuba. 

Bahan2 A
Bawang merah 9ulas
Bawang putih 4ulas
Halia 2inch

Bahan2 B
Bunga lawang 4
Kayu manis 2

Minyak masak 0.5mangkuk utk menumis

Bahan2 buat paste
Serbuk kari adabi (ayam/daging) 1 mangkuk kecik
1 mangkuk air

Bahan2 C
Ayam size besar - 1/2ekor
Santan kara 1 kotak
Pati kiub ayam -1/4kiub
Air masak 3.5 mangkuk (atau ikut kepekatan) 
Cara-cara
Tumbuk bahan2 A (diasingkan separuh utk menumis*)
Separuh lagi, dicampurkan dengan rempah kari dan air dalam lesung batu yang sama utk buat paste.

Tumiskan bahan2* bersama bahan2 B. 
Bila dah garing, masukkan paste.
Goreng sampai garing cantik, lebih kurang macam gamba:
Masukkan ayam, 
Masukkan santan, 
Masukkan air, ikut kepekatan yang dikehendaki. 
Biarkan menggelegak, kacau skali skala.. (kalau suka kentang boleh masuk time ni)

Bila tgk ayam dah masak (rupa dah kecut) , boleh kecikkan api dan biar hingga pecah minyak. Perasakan dengan kiub ayam (dalam suku size kiub) dan garam secukupnya (dlm 1.5 sb). 
Camni lebih kurang rupa pecah minyak

Agak-agak dah rasa sedap, bolehla dihidang. 😁

Resepi Daging masak Kunyit Tokmi

PKP day 42, Ramadan quarantine hari ke 2, menu berbuka kami kali ni favourite budak-budak jugak, so senang, 1 dish untuk satu family. Ibu kata resepi daging masak kunyit ni dari kelantan, so manis-manis sikit. Padanla budak-budak suka. 

Daging Masak Kunyit - masak macam TokMi


Bahan-bahan:

Bahan A
Daging btg pinang 250gm dihiris nipis
Halia 2cm diketuk
Bawang merah 1 biji diketuk
10 sudu air
Kunyit serbuk 1.5sudu
Garam 0.5sudu

Bahan B
asam jawa (1.5 sudu) + campur dengan 14sudu air
Gula 1.5 sudu
Bawang besar 0.5biji dihiris
Cili merah 1biji dihiris
Minyak masak 5sudu

Cara masak

Bahan2 A dimasukkan ke dalam kuali dan digaul, masak hingga empuk. 
Kacau sekali sekala. 

Lebih kurang tengok air dah kering:

Bila Air dah kering, daging dah empuk, (tips nak empuk cepat, masukkan 1 sudu kecik besi masa masak daging tu) 

Dah kering, masukkan minyak, goreng kejap. 
Masuk cili n bwg besar
Tambah air 1 mangkuk (atau lebih ikut nak kuah banyak ke tak, tapi kalau buh banyak sangat takut tak sedap) 
Masukkan dengan garam & gula. 
Optional tambah kicap manis (cap udang) sikit

Rasa, kalau kurang tambah garam (dalam secubit)

Ramadan quarantine pertama #koronamu

Alhamdulillah, dalam kita mengeluh, Allah masih sayangkan kita. Bagi peluang bertemu sekali lagi Ramadan. Dah selamat berbuka dengan lauk yang sangat meriah. 



Rasa special sangat Ramadan quarantine ni, sebabnya semua sama2 satu family, dari bersahur, solat subuh, sampailah berbuka, maghrib, isyak dan terawikh. Alhamdulillah.

Tenang sangat, takde rushing2 nak kejar keluar ke, dah abes, terus boleh lepak tengok tv pulak.. 

Pagi2 tadi aku pun berjaya join geng tadarus Doha, (memang tahun lepas lagi dah sama2 khatam dengan dieorg). Tahun ni, kiteorg cuba lagi, dengan tambahan 2 orang ahli. Kul 9 pagi Malaysia/Singapore, 4pagi Qatar, kami semua bertemu di Zoom.
Ok jugak, clear, take turn baca sorang 1 page, sampailah juz 2.

Ramadan di zaman PKP Covid19

PKP, MCO hari ke 37.. PM Muhyiddin baru announce lanjutan PKP fasa 4, so as expected pun.. Memang dah bersedia mental nak raya dalam rumah je ni 😅.

Malam ni masuk Ramadhan pertama di Malaysia. So, the new norm is everyone to stay input and pray with their families. Lebih banyak masa, takyah sebok fikir pasal majlis berbuka sana sini. Semoga kita istiqamah dan cuba ambil peluang keemasan ni untuk lebih fokus dalam memperbaiki ibadah, InsyaaAllah..

Ramadhan Kareem uols.. 

Aku pun baru abes lari 9km keliling bilik ke bilik. Mental.. Tak sangka berjaya. Ini dek sebab virtual run challenge, 21.1km dlm masa 4 hari, so aku berjaya lari 7, 5.1 then 9km. Alhamdulillah 💖. 

Ramadhan nanti mungkin tak mampu nak berlari, so kena carik program lain untyk stay fit. Perut ni dah tak tau kembung camane dah.. 😅.. May Allah give me strength 💪.

Bermain Musical chair sempena Covid19 at Econsave

Hari ni, PKP/MCO/RMO yang ke 35. Lagi bape hari nak Ramadan.. Satu hikmah dalam musibah Alhamdulillah. Ramadan kali ni, mungkin kita dapat fokus lagi dlm ibadah, dah takyah sebuk majlis buka puase sane sini. Duk rumah diam diam..

Pagi jam 1130 camtu aku ke Econsave, sebab dah few times pegi beli barang2 dapur dkat Jaya Grocer, terasa sangar beza harga, so nak tak nak aku redha la jugak gi econsave, which mean kena beratur dari pintu masuk.. 😅 (Sebenarnye penah kena skali nasib baik, kosong, takde beratut, terus dapat masuk.. Mungkin tengok time).

So, sampai2 as aspected line cam ular sawo.. Berliku-liku.. Tak lama lepas ty, guard dtg tanye dkat pakcik depan aku, 'Umo 60 tahun ke atas ka?' Pakcik tu angguk.. 'Ok mari sini..' Guard tu tunjuk arah pintu masuk.. Untonglaa.. Bagus jugak, kesian warga-warga emas tu kalau kena beratur.

Tapi line xdela lame sangat pun, kejap-kejap moving forward.. Then bila nak dekat2 sampai pintu masuk tu, ada susunan kerusi untuk duduk tunggu.. Terus aku teringat game musical chair. Hahaha.. Layan...

lupe plak nak timing bape lame beratur.. Tapi bagi aku ok je time tu, worth it, aku dapat beli hampir semua yang dalam list aku.. Persiapan nak masuk Ramadan jugakla ni, harap2 tak payah keluar selalu dah..

Kopi Barista

Not that I like coffee that much, but I like the idea of a cool barista.. Making those coffee from scratch. Maybe I'll give this a try.. What else to do whilst stuck at home right?

Building a skill seems like a good idea. Maybe after this, I can finally open up that dream cafe of mine. I dunno.. These few years has been horrible to me. I got scared to venture into new business.. Unlike few years back.
What is happening? I dunno..
But slowly I'm trying to gain back my confidence.. Trying to build some skills that might work for my benefits. 
Starting with caffee latte today with the new coffee machine we got from Shoppee.. 😅

Basikal, Zwift and K-Drama

Ok, I have lost many days..  I didn't write anything. Kinda forgot the pledge I hold after my ehem-ehem birthday.. Today suddenly remembered my dear bloggy.. :D

Today, after many days of feeling lost, stress, bored in quarantine day (literally lost count).. I finally got the chance to join few of my tri-buddies, oh actually more like tri-sisturz to Zwift. Yeah, I don't really have the complete equipment to set my zwift, so what I can, is to just view them on Zwift, whilst I ride on the cheap trainer we bought from Shoppee last week (yes! this is for real!) whilst also watching my K-Drama for this week: What's Wrong with Secretary Kim.

Here's the cheap bike trainer I bought from Shopee.. it's RM160ish after discount. The quality is as aspected, but it is still fine, at least I can ride something :D


The K-Drama on another hand, hurmmm... like the typical korean love-story, where the hero is tall, supposedly handsome (not really my type), with a petite and cute heroin, 2 of which main tarik tali, kadang suke suke suke.. kadang, benci benci benci, but in the end, memang like each other, and finally kiss- the kiss yang ala ala malu malu kucing tewww.. nyampah. (tapi aku enjoy jugek tengok, gelak2 sambil berbasikal dengan kawan2). And oh yeah, I turn on discord call with them, so, we talked too whilst riding.. haaa.. brapa kerja dalam 1 tu.. only for women right? hahaha.. multi-tasking


So at the end of their 40km (and I'm not really sure how long was mine, but I rode the entire 1 hour 38minutes with them, I'm guessing same-same more o r less haha padahal slow) we had the best time after sooooo long of not talking or riding together. It was kind of a release for me too. Now I felt better. I really have to do it more often. Oh yeah, few hours before the ride, I also did a 3km indoor run, literally running in my baju tido barefooted from room to room whilst (haha u guessed it) holding my phone to watch Netflix on the same k-drama.. yeah.. cam addict.. nak buat camane.. things I do to keep sanity in tact :D

Kuarantin fasa 3: 14-28Apr 2020

Ok, it's official, the Restricted Movement Order is extended till 28th April 2020. And yes, we are still in Malaysia, not allowed to fly back to Qatar just yet.
Kinda relief that we are still in Malaysia in a way, although kinda miss my home in Qatar too. I dunno what's happening there now.. My maid is all I have to take care of it, I just wish she's ok.
Why do I say I kinda like the fact that we are in Malaysia? Because the way they handle the Covid 19 cases. And how thorough and clear are they reporting the cases to the public on daily basis.. So we are not left in the dark.. We are very much aware who got it and where.. It's good.. So we can avoid the infection as much as possible too... InsyaaAllah 
Hurm.. Yeah I know the big next clusters are coming.. The so-call kluster dari kayangan.. Amboi demand.. 😅
